Ventilate right

Building regulations requires to adequately ventilate a building. In many commercial properties built today, the principle is to seal the building and ventilate it through an appropriate system. This minimises air leakage through gaps in the building and makes it possible to control ventilation precisely. However, in many older commercial buildings, ventilation can only be achieved either by occupants opening windows or by air entering through gaps in the building.
